Most people I know get all excited as they stock their bar and pantry with provisions to last them a few days, just in case there is enough wind and damage that will force us to rely on our survival skills. Most of our friends and neighbors are totally excited that there is something out of the norm and out of our control, heading our direction. We were one of the few that decided to tuff it out in our little brick house, vs risk sitting on the freeway with thousands of other's, when Katrina came at us. We are always ready to hunker down, during Hurricane season!
